Cloudflare hosting and security
Cloudflare provides hosting and delivery for this website. Technical connection data, including IP address, request time, requested address and browser information, may be processed to deliver pages, identify faults and protect against abuse. Cloudflare operates an international network; we do not promise Germany-only hosting. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing and international-transfer information. Where the GDPR applies, reliable and secure delivery serves our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f).
Email enquiries
YY Travel uses Cloudflare for email services. We process your sender address, message and any attachments to handle your enquiry. If a message is forwarded, the destination mailbox service also processes it. Please do not send payment details or confidential booking documents. Retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry and any applicable legal obligations. Contact us for access or deletion requests. Where applicable, the basis may be Article 6(1)(b) or (f), depending on the enquiry.
Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics 4 measures website use, including page visits and clicks on affiliate links. It may process browser and device information and cookie identifiers. The site loads its analytics script only after consent. Advertising storage and personalisation default to denied in the local consent configuration. Change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawal applies to future processing.
Read Google’s privacy policy for its processing and international-transfer information. User and event-data retention follows the actual Analytics property settings. These settings need to match the deployed configuration. Google explains the controls in its retention documentation. Where applicable, optional analytics relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Affiliate links and optional embeds
Stay22 and GetYourGuide links are affiliate links. Clicking one takes you to a provider that processes your request under its own privacy policy. The Stay22 accommodation map and GetYourGuide activity widget load only after consent. Loading them transfers connection information, including your IP address, to the provider. Normal booking links remain available without loading the widgets.

Consent storage
We store your consent choice in browser local storage under lakewalchensee-consent. You can change it through Cookie settings in the footer. Optional scripts and embeds are separate from ordinary outbound links.
Accommodation photographs
Some hotel cards load photographs from Booking.com’s image server, cf.bstatic.com. The server receives your IP address and request information when a photograph loads. These requests use no-referrer. Locally stored activity photographs do not make an image request to GetYourGuide.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection may apply under the relevant conditions. You may withdraw consent and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Send requests to [email protected]. See the European Commission’s explanation.
